You can fly it anywhere* until you engage the gun. I wouldn't suggest near an law enforcement compound. Ideally over a paintball field.

*Most large empty flying sites, out in the boonies not anyway near people. I dunno how you fly, but when I go out, I seem to attract a crowd.

I do like the idea of flying through a simulated cockpit. Howard Hughes did something like this to prepare for the H 4. The fact that was almost 80 years ago shows how he was way before his time.

The arguments at the time was that it wouldn't fly at all and fold up like an origami or crash because it was theoretically off. Howard wasn't a fool, just stubborn. Rumor was he stopped flying it because it was a underpowered pig in the air, and he had made his point, or at least according to people who worked for him

Todays equivalent is Elon building a car factory to make a super tesla, making one production vehicle then deciding the color was wrong and shutting down the factory
