RC CoD Hunter Killer Drone

So I had an idea to take the hunter killer drone score streak from call of duty and turn it into a real life RC plane. I loved the design and I thought it would be a fun and challenging build for my first edf build.

I added a fpv camera and leds for looks and so I can fly fpv like the real one

I had to make a fully articulating horizontal stabilizer to be able to get pitch control

For electronics I’m using a 55mm edf on a 3s 1300 along with a 20A esc.

Curious what that servo that looks attached to both wings, what is that doing? Wing Sweep?

looks like you have your receiver and your VTX really close together, ideally you want those spaced out.

I was gonna use a 9gram servo yo make the wings fold all the way back like the real one but I couldn’t get it to travel enough and anyways at the speed it’s going to be going they wings would probably fold. Also when I built it I put the reciever behind the wing.

Cg shift is going to be annoying with the wing sweep. LOOKS like they have enough horizontal stab to pull it off. Crashes will eat up the sweep servo. Love the pencil pivot point
