Some people have had this same problem with them in the past. It seems if an order gets lost in the shuffle, they are very hard to get in touch with. I have placed quite a few orders with them over the years and never had issues. The web site says "WE ARE QUICKLY SHIPPING ORDERS WITH A 1MAN CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR SAFETY. (3/2/2020) DEPARTING FROM FLORIDA, U.S.A."

That hasn't been updated in a while. Keep trying to reach them.
