Recommend a small plane that would be comfortable to carry on a bicycle and would fly well in moderate winds. made of foam, something like flitetest

The wingspan should be around 90 cm if the wing is removable, or 60 cm if the plane is permanent.
Flying wings, but with a nose-mounted engine, would also work.
maybe something similar to FT Bloody Wonder?

Why a nose mounted engine? The arrow is a good and compact plane. It doesn’t have any vertical stabilizers except for very small ones at the ends of the wings, so it’s very compact. It handles wind easily and is a lot of fun to fly.

One of the difficulties of transporting many planes is that the tail is easily damaged. So if you tried to bring something like a Cub or Scout on a bike, it’s pretty likely that you would damage the tail. The Bloody Wonder does have a shorter dual vertical stabilizer option that might improve that.

How about a Mini Explorer? It still has a tail, but it’s small enough that you could find a cardboard box to transport it, especially if you built it with the smaller sport wing. Also, it doesn’t have landing gear, which helps keep it compact. Similarly, the Tiny Trainer. Both of these fly like bigger planes than many of the Minis.

Lastly, maybe an Alpha. Those are pretty compact in both dimensions.

The Arrow or the Versa are my picks.
I agree with Foamforce, not sure why you would need a nose mounted motor. A pusher will work just as well.

The pusher makes a lot of noise. And from experience, launching a plane with a pusher is usually more problematic...
Hmm, I might try making an Arrow with a nose motor. I'll think about it.

I also remembered that I already made an arrow and a versa at one time, and for some reason they flew at a rather strong downward angle, although the CoG was correct and the elevons were slightly raised.

The Strix Nano Goblin 23" wing has a tail motor and is super easy to launch. I have been flying them since they were released in 2017. The original PNP came with a 3 blade 3" prop. I have been running a 2 blade 4.1 inch prop and it can go straight up indefinately with that. They are fun both LOS and FPV. Easy to keep them under 250g to eliminate the "need" for RID. I fly mine with Li-ion packs and get 40-60 minutes per pack flying reserved, and 30-40 minutes flying crazy.

Well nuts..... I included a link to RMRC or BuddyRC, but they are currenly out of stock.

There is also the Flik 19" wing which is smaller and close to the same Idea. I Have not flown one.

Probably nose heavy or not enough reflex 👍.

how about the versa? It’s a tad above 90cm, nose mounted engine….
