My suggestion is to take a glider to a famous high point in any city; launch it and then the pilot must fly FPV to a pre-determinated point, example:
If we were in PARIS, the pilot and the launcher would fix the "home point" at the gardens of champ elyses (excuse me my french), then the launcher takes the glider to the eiffel tower and launches it with the objective - return home.
In Rio de Janeiro, Corcovado or Sugar Loaf and land it on the beach.
I bet you guys can think a good place in the US - grand canyon, hoover dam, Hollywood sign ....
