I would like to see the next evolution in the aerotow. 1 glider to be towed up (successfully!), fpv probably preferable and a second either piggyback or belly slung.
Belly sling is probably easiest, something small and foamy would prob be ok, small enough to sit under without interfering with ground clearance and not interrupting airflow to the tail. If this can carry its own power (only to be used once released), even better. Rocket powered X1 model perhaps?
Aerotow, something gliderish. Airbrakes may be useful to generate enough drag to keep the towline taught. FPV will probably make the tow easier so the aircraft can be kept in the right place.
