I'm fine on 3S. The quad could handle it, but finding 4S batteries in this size is difficult. Some guys are using 2 2S batteries wired together.

Despite epoxying the antenna to the vtx and using 2 zip ties around the top plate and the antenna to reduce stress, I still managed to rip the antenna off in a crash. Hopefully I will be able to salvage the vtx. I'll probably switch to a lighter antenna though.

How is the range on the microRX you are using and have you had any range issues?

Am looking to transfer my power train over to the atom from my 180, but can't decide whether to get this receiver or a longer range x4r

I replaced my vtx antenna with a VAS antenna that I had.



The AUW is down to 141 g with the new antenna.
