I've got 2 now, a 120 grit and a 400. I love the rounded ends.

How many more cases would I need to keep in stock? Have maybe 3 20 packs of the 36 and no grinder

Yup, my best flyer is a scout that is optically challenged. That being said, every now and again I put my glasses on and say "That could look better" and I very seldom put my glasses on before looking in the mirror.

I feel like if a plane flies well enough, it'll eventually end up ugly even if it started off pretty as it picks up dings from even good flights - unless it's 3D printed in which case it looks good until it's suddenly a bunch of scraps of plastic scattered on the ground
