Help! Scale Up question for Simple Scout

I am scaling up a Simple Scout by a third and had a couple of questions.
1. Will a C-Pack motor be enough? I am just getting started so I'm not getting too aggressive.
2. As you scale a plane up, do the motor mount settings for down thrust / right thrust change?

The c pack will be enough or more than enough,m. With that you will need little thrust angle.
