I ordered some EPP sheets and planned to build a mini foamie funflier, but decided I wanted something that would cover the aerobatic end of the spectrum and changed the plans to be a 700mm 3D training plane. Built of 8mm EPP (if you're not familiar with it, it's on the opposite extreme as EPS - can be flexed back on itself without breaking), all I need now is servos. I'm going to salvage the stock motor from my Bixler 2, which should cause it to be thoroughly overpowered as it is only about 1/3-1/2 the weight of the B2. Tell me what you think, and feel free to suggest a name. I reckon it looks kind of draconic due to the reflex wings. I'm really happy with it considering it's a completely original design and I've never scratch built anything before. I'll update this thread once I have it flying.
