Scratch Builders beginner's kit?

I've been looking for some advice/guidance on what all I need to stock up on in order to start building several of the scratch build ideas I'm seeing on the internet. I've got 4 different motors, 2 esc's, some batteries and a new radio on the way. but does anyone have a good list that I could take to HobbyKing or some similar site and just fill up my cart with all of the 'stuff' I need to get started? I'm thinking things like control horns, push rods, whatever wiring, etc.

This may have been asked before, but I'm still looking for a good concise list, if anyone knows of such a beast.

Thanks for any help!

Propellers and servos are always something to add when there are some grams left in the package.

Piano wire, carbon rods and tubes, glue and hard ply is something i get locally for the pushrods, control horns motor monts and small parts.
