Ok, here are the build pics from this new jet.
Just post and questions you have. A few of capping the bottom and making the hatch will be tonight or tomorrow.

Build notes:
1) I didn't measure the rudder section. I'll add a few photos tonight with a ruler on it in a few ways.
2) when I mount my wings I just center them, make sure they and level with the rudder, measure from rudder wing tip to main wing tip on both sides and get the sane measurement, or adjust until you do. Don't get this wrong!! Hold wing tight when in place and draw a line on both sides against the fuselage and on the both. Now glue on well...
3) rear servo and receiver and on that side of the body to balance the nose to tail. Yours might differ from mine.
4)make sure you edf is mounted exactly inline and level with rudder, elevator and main wing. Don't get this wrong!!
5) this 40mm edf is suppose to be rated for a 3s 2000 mph battery. Or at least that's what the company told me in a live chat. Using a 40 amp esc. I have a few battery choices to try out. 3s 2200mah, 4s 1800mah and 3s 1300mah 100C high output. The battery tray is long and will allow you to try other batteries as well and adjust the C if G just fine.
6) The window will be made with a 2 1/2 inch strip of transparency film and glued in place then trimmed to fit. Transparency film takes hot glue really well. I'll post that picture later as well.
7) I trimmed back the canopy over hang. It was to long. Trim your back to fit how you want it to. I took about an inch off the length.

That's pretty much it. Have fun building this 24hr creation...

Here are some clearer measures. Sorry about my shit drawing skills. A few things are missing like body capping pieces. Just measure and cut to fit like I do. Or trace the body part onto foam board and cut to fit.
The body is about 30" long and wings work out to be 34" long. Appropriate plane measures... Cheers all

Correction. Center of body to each side is 1 3/8 not 1 5/8.

Transparancy film window. This was installed in 2 pieces. Left window, right window. I glued the center and put both pieces on at the same time and let that dry. Then finished going one side then the other. Trimmed it to fit. And what a nice window...

Capped the bottom of the new jet and showing battery hatch and C of G with a 3s 1300mah 110C battery. Also notice how the elevator pushrod is at the very back of the tail. This thing will slip right through the wind... hopefully
I was thinking yellow with black marks and strips or make it white with colored strips and black out passenger windows or maybe blue, maybe drab gloss green, gloss grey... I don't know.... Mulling the colors over now...

So, this bird got tossed nose first into the ground and didn't survive. Concept was good. C of G was good. Thrust angles were good. I'll try building this bird again another day...
