Se5 or dr1 for my first plane?

The SE5 is okay to fly but you would definitely want to start with the mini scout because it is easier to fly and slower then the tiny trainer from my experience.

I agree with Calvin. The mini scout is much easier to build and repair with its single wing. Being lighter, it is also more forgiving and durable. You can dress it up with red baron graphics, or the skins available on this forum, and it looks the part, too.
