At first i have to say: Special Thanks to rcspaceflight, SnowRocker88, nevenelestate and all the other people in the FT Forum for all the inspiration and Flite Test for the skills, that i have learned by building their airplanes!

Here is my version of the famous TaleSpin Sea Duck!

My Sea Duck prototype has 900 mm wingspan, differential thrust and one inside elevator to reduce weight. Look how she flies:

It took a few months to plan and build this plane.

It has custom sized power pods, but i am planning adapters for the mini power pods!

I used layers of packing tape to waterproof the foam board.

Very nice build and thanks for sharing the plans.

How did you design your plans (what software etc)?

Thank you! :)

I designed the plan with Microsoft Publisher. That is all.

You're the first person I've heard of that uses publisher. Most of what I've seen are done with photoshop or sketchup. Maybe you can add to the mix of instructional articles one day. I'd like to see how publisher differs from other methods. I still haven't settled on a method, they are all to hard for me so far :)

A great way to "Mighty Mini" this Fun plane. The Sea Duck was on my list... I think I'll be adding the Mini-Sea Duck now. Thanks!
