Help! Servo jitters

No, you didn't solve the problem, you replaced the servo LOL.

It's an issue within the servo itself NOT being able to find center. Could be a lose case, lose gear, wiper arm in the pot, or tons of other things. It could happen at day 1 or day 500, totally random. Basically something is preventing the wiper arm in the pot from finding "zero" so it hunts back and forth. My TimberX has an aileron that does this and it's fine once you move the surface as it nudges off the zero point.

I use a bunch of the cheap-o plastic servo's - I'd rather have a jittery servo than the other type - where the wiper can't FIND THE ENDPOINTS....that's worse, as they tend to drift one direction or the other
