Shortcut to New posts

Hi, this is not a major problem but was wondering if it is possible to have a shortcut directly to the new posts section. I have tried just shortcutting to the new posts header but that's a bust. Like I said not a major prob but one that would make my life a little bit easier.

What exactly do you mean? I am a little confused..

Yep that's exactly what I need. Thanks telflyer and colorex. I tried to do this months ago and could not get it working properly but I have used your link and it seems to be working great. Saves me a mouse click every time I check out the forum.
