I just got back from a trip to DC and the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. It is AMAZING and we didn't even get to see the Udvar Hazy Center. Next time. As an aviation buff it was an absolutely amazing experience. If you EVER have the means to visit you really should and it's free. I'm going to be coming back as soon as I can.

J-UCAS
Dragon Eye (I'll post photos from my other camera soon) This display even had their field gear box that looked oddly similar to any RC flyer's.

Very nice and free as well, they have quite a collection!

The spitfire reminds me (apart from the FT build etc) of a -think it was Revell- Spitfire 1/32 scale I build when I was a kid.

My Nephew gave it to me for my birthday. When I got it, my reaction was "Awesome!!" (think David style), but then in dutch :)

For me it looked huge at that age...

Ha! If you are in OH you probably drove right past me on your way there and back. I live here and I've still not made it to Udvar Hazy. Nobody to go with. Anytime you want to go you can stay at my place! Great pictures though. I got a good one of me and the kids in front of the Spirit of St. Louis.

The Dragoneye UAV is PRIME for a foamboard Build! There was a guy on e-bay a while ago selling the nose piece but he misidentified it as a RQ-11 Raven. I let him know it was for the Dragoneye.
