There may be a problem with the powder getting packed in the container some type of tabulator's may be needed.
I am not clear what you are trying to suggest? some mechanism that moves the talcum powder mechanically? sorry for my English.

The venturi I had on my Pacer only worked above 60 mph straight and level flight for at least 5 minutes, but that got me 5" vacuum as soon as it saw 60, not much until that speed. Had to placard the gyro driven instruments stating that restriction.

Then you have the issue of adding the powder to the flow through the venturi which is a can of worms in its own way. I think the method currently used is probably the most efficient without a pump.
I stand corrected. I imagine the size of the venturi probably affects what airspeed it will become effective.
If version 2 doesn't work how you're hoping I may do a quick sketch my idea.

I am still pondering that myself. Talc compacts, cornstarch doesn't as much, but they both need loosening for constant flow.
I imagine it could happen, but I also think the movement of the plane might help, a little input from the ailerons the a few tight turns is enough to get the contents moving inside the container. A few light taps on the container once on the ground would help to remove the compacted content. The only problem is the humidity that can cause the mixture to become compacted and difficult to remove.

I have added some changes to the second prototype with the idea of simplifying as much as possible the mechanism and the assembly and adjustment process.

The mechanism that will move the shaft will be at the front to take advantage of the rear to store as much talc as possible.

The rear part will be removable to be able to fill and clean the container. I will work later on some fixing tabs.

I also plan to make two versions of the pylon, one with the servo mount and one to mount a remote servo and allow a flexible cable to pass through to drive the mechanism.

This is looking really awesome. And soon I'll have the perfect plane for it.
