It looks to me like it's around 9 sheets of 30 x 20 foam board. The Plans might have more sheets depending on how the tiles work out.

I'm aircrew also and I downloaded the plans for the Mini Explorer this afternoon with no problem. Did you sign in to the FTCA site?

Short answer, yes.

If you become a paid member of the FTCA ($24/year) one of the member benefits is immediate access to the plans at no additional cost. New model airplane design plans will be posted the same day the kits are released on the store.

I know I'm annoying but I was wondering (again😏) when the tiny tutor plans would be coming out.
Because I plan to put floats on it for some fun powder snow flying.

Just got the FT Twin Otter kit for Christmas. Can't wait to get this in the air as the flight videos look like a blast. Anyway, before I start putting this together, should I trace all the parts for future repairs, or are there any elves that know if the plans for this plane will be making it's way here soon?

There will be plans for the Twin Otter. The Triplane XL, Space Fighter and Viggen V2 are currently ahead of it in the queue. I would not expect to see the Twin Otter plans for a couple months.

They are finished. Just waiting on the guys to get them added to the site.
