I’m doing a Spear build next. There are optional inboard vertical stabilizers. I read through the ten page Spear thread and there seem to be split opinions about whether they are useful. Some people built it with only inboard stabilizers, some with only wing tip stabilizers, and some with both.
It’s been a few years now, so I figure you’ve all had a chance to crash your Spears and reflect. Which vertical stabilizer configuration do you prefer, and why?
