Speedybee F405 wing w/3 motors

Looking for some help as I’m interested in trying vtol with inav on the Speedybee f405 wing fc. I’ve been trying to understand this wiring diagram for three motors to the available pads on the pdb. Is this implying two esc wires soldered to one pad (ex. Far left pad) or is it one wire with some type of connector/splitter? Sorry this is all very new to me.

A Y cable would work or you could plausibly bridge the pads and solder all three directly to the pads on the PDB.

If you had the mini version, you would have 4 pads to solder to since the PDB has pads on the top and bottom.
