spektrum dx5e head tracking via transmitter

Hello Everyone
Did someone try to make a head tracking system via spektrum dx5e?
I found on internet some guys doing that via co-pilot socket (3.5mm jack)
It`s an old solution, 5 channels only, so is it even possible?

It's really going to depend on what you use for FPV gear. Walksnail/Xrobot headtracking for example can do the headtracking over the video signal or a separate radio link. If you use the 5 channel Spektrum, you will severely limit how many channels you have available for use to pass headtracking channels. You could be limited to just pan or tilt.

Hi , thanks for prompt answer I see your point, then for pan and tilt I gonna need 6ch. transmitter
