Still having problems

I posted about my problem here and I still can't get the receiver working, sometimes the LED lights up for a sec or two but then it dies.

This happened with my Orange rx, I plugged the 3S battery straight in to the batt slot, killed it of course. When I remembered about the ESC, it just flashed once and stopped every time. I have the same radio now, just the turnigy one. try sending a video to the retailer, and see if they will replace it.
