I found another alternative to the PVC pole, I could use 6 2x4 and attache them with this thing.

I was looking into making a potato cannon but the correct materials are hard to find and it would be too expensive.

And there wouldn't be a plane to retrieve!

They are fun though!😂😂 (All you need is 2.5" PVC, and a end cap for it, with an old grill sparker...Though I don't know if it would have enough power to blast it out.) You looked at those giant 3 man slingshots?

The problem is, that you can't really flex it to get it up between branches and it would be REALLY heavy to lift over your head. (Probably quite a bit more than metal conduit)

I have a 70lb compound bow, and the problem I ran into is that the string for holding the rope was either too heavy and would get tangled or that it would snap the string and your arrow is GONE!😂😂

I calculated how much money I have up in the tree, there is about 250$ worth of electronics, but I only paid 90$ (swap meet and stuff that was given to me). So a 100-150$ bow would not make sense.
