I had a great surprise this morning... the Edge fell from the tree!!!!
I will let you know if all the electronics survived after they dry (but I think they are all good!).

Your plane is way smarter than mine was - yours only took a couple of days to find it's way down, mine took months.

At first it was like under 3v (cause my battery checker would not turn on when I plugged it in), so I put my charger on nicd (cause lipo would not charge it because of the low voltage) to wake it up, then it went high enough that it would be recognized by lipo on the charger so I charged it slowly. It lost a bit of “punch” but it still works.

I once had a 850 4s shoot out of a plane, couldn't find it, came back 2-3 days later after a rainstorm, found it. And it still goes strong!
