Swappable pod fuse/firewall size error on pdf plans..??

Hi, I asked about this on the YouTube comments (for the pod fuselage itself) a few days back but haven't got a reply (apologies for the Caps in second one)...the firewall appears to be for the inside dims of the foamboard fuze...???...but the YouTube video shows it should cover the external size and therefore fits over the entire front of it....what I have fits inside the fuselage...so I don't know which part is the wrong size now...I assume the tabs on the fuselage have to fit into each of the swappables wings etc...

Help!!!!..

Your folding it wrong. The sides get pulled and folded onto the bottom board. Then it will fit over the end. Watch Bixler fold it again and you will see what I am talking about.
