awg cable for jst to XT60 conectors for charging lead

I am toying with the idea of knocking up a parallel charging cable with 6 jst female connectors, will be soldering them up to an XT60 plug so as I can plug it into my Accucell 6 charger extension lead..

what awg cable would you guys recommend to use for the plug to plugs leads, I have 16 gauge cable , but I think this is a tad on the heavy side???

The adapter sold on HK has 22awg wire. Especially for a charging connector, where you will be running 1C, that should be plenty.
