After a frustrating evening of trying to get two new Rxs to bind, I ended up doing a firmware update on the Tx (had to do it to the Rxs, too). Now, left stick U/D controls channel 3, right stick U/D controls channel 1. R/L is unaffected on both sticks. Instead of TAER, it's now EATR.
Sure, I could swap 1&3 servo connections at the Rx, but that doesn't solve the "throttle warning" message at boot up.
Setting up a new Rx still shows throttle on channel 1, elevator on 3, though, which is puzzling.
Previous Rxs are confused by this, as well, so I don't see this as a problem with the new ones I had to update. It's within the Tx.
I tried backdating to previous firmware, and it's still swapped (and new Rxs won't bind).
Where did I go wrong?
