So I got a chupito the other day. Nope it aint shots of tequila, though you might think I had been doing some. It came with no assembly or specs, duh I forgot we live in the digital age and needed to download them, so I educated guessed and l ahh slapped it together. It was quite the experience we shall say that, and a lot of fun. Enjoy!!

What firmware are you running? The janky death roll and altitude oscillations on RTH look like my planes when I let this pilot fly:

I originally was originally running inav 7 but have since been running Inav 8. Originally n the maiden and other crashes was the battery slipping on launch causing the CG to be off just smidge which was enough to cause all kinds of issues.

The nano goblins are touchy to CG too. Had one up the other day with an FT Aura and it did the BOB at higher speeds when stabilized. But not raw PWM. No FPV on it and I could not get the CG far enough forward.

I have been looking at the goblin for some time but it seems like it was lacking some room for air-unit but maybe great for an analog or hdzero setup.

I am throwing ArduPilot and Walksnail on my newest one. I have been flying the analog up to this point since they were released. They get bumped around easily so I don't post much of the video from the. Maybe with stabilized walksnail that will change.

Also going down the INAV 9/walksnail route with an AR-Wing and ArduPilot/WalkSnail on my Strix full size Goblin.

Been flying Ardupilot/Walksnail on the Stratosurfer for two years and analog before that.

I started with a cheap MicroCenter DJI knockoff back in the day which ran ArduPilot on an APM2. So I have a few years playing with it and watching it progress. Done KISS, CleanFlight (before betaflight forked from it), BetaFlight, CleanFlight (after it forked from BetaFlight), dRonin, INAV ever since it kinda forked from BetaFlight up till now, TriFlight (forked from CleanFlight, Betaflight, and dRonin addon), Flex Innovations Aura, and a few others that weren't worth the time I spent on them. Now I am getting into RotorFlight, which is a fork from BetaFlight for Helicopters.

Like my avatar caption sez "Techno Nut". Maybe it should be Techno Sponge....

Yea same here I did a lot of those as well or should I say scratched my head with them cleanflght was the program that "light bulb" moment for me. So Betaflight and INAV kinda came quickly to me. I did not know about rotorflight. I have a friend who is just now getting into heli. I wonder if he knows about it
