I wouldn't trust anyone on line with my emotional baggage, you don't know who your talking too at the other end.
It could be a female Russian track and field specialist called Ivan ? for all you know.
We're very lucky (or at least, I feel very lucky - will get into that) that we can go see a shrink on the NHS.
The reason I specify that
I feel lucky is because my peers have had some pretty bad experiences with NHS therapists (With therapists saying things like 'Oh, you find yourself unable to eat? Have you tried JUST EATING?' which where I guess the therapist expected this person's mind to be blown followed by a huge smile and a "Holy expletives I NEVER CONSIDERED THAT! You're a genius, THANK YOU!". Then another one basically being told he needs to 'sort his life out' before they could help him... Like, therapy isn't explicitly for those who want to sort their lives out and are struggling to do so!)
I was fortunate enough to have a therapist who was attentive, actually addressed the things I said and helped me go over them in such a way to actually reduce my anxiety. While I'm the topic; kids - people at school may call you weird and put you down for choosing to be that way. And you might very well be weird... But you might just as easily have Social Anxiety Disorder and the way those around you make constantly come at you with criticism may be contributing to you awkward and hindered social skills.
