My Mighty Mini PBY is structurally done. Still need to do cosmetics and the like, but it flies! I have some crumple on both wing tips, and the left motor needs to be remounted, but it WORKS!

I am good with the cycle, but I would like my flight time to be greater than my build/repair time. Also, I'd like to reach the basic competency so I am not reluctant to fly the thing in the first place.

Congrats! Isn't it funny how afraid we are to launch it the first time. For me it's like when I had to step off the 10 meter tower into the swimming pool. And then when it actually flies, you fall in love with the thing all over again, in a new way. It becomes a whole different creature.
