Everywhere we look if you are seeking an easy RC plane to start learning to fly, or you want a cool STOL bush plane, no matter what RC model company you look at, everyone has a version of the Piper Cub. Even our FT Cub, a great plane for any aspect of flying is still a Cub. I bring to you an alternative, an option, a choice. The Kitfox
The Kitfox has always been regarded as a direct correlation to the Cub in the full scale arena and here in the RC world it is no different. This is a versatile STOL airframe that will teach you to fly all the way to relaxing calm evenings sitting on the beach flying in the sunset over the water. Here is some flight footage to get you drooling...
I started this thread to give anyone who would like to volunteer to be a Beta Builder for this sweet model. I have obviously built one already but it would be selfish to keep this much fun to myself. So with the help of @Grifflyer who I profusely thank for drawing up these plans, I share these plans with you.
The only request I have is you post your progress here to help me document a build thread which will essentially be written by you. The plans themselves are fairly intuitive if you have built a couple FT models already and if there are any questions I will be keeping a close eye on this thread to help address any issues.
Thank you and good luck on the build
