Well done for surviving the maiden! Here’s to it having a long career on the new motor.
I had a to make a quick decision, if I had carried on forward it would have certainly hit the river.
Before the motor went bad it was flying like a champ. I had already flown through the BMFA A certificate manoeuvres successfully.

Just goes to show if you dont panic things work out a goid portion of the time.

You did an awesome job on the refurb. Looked like it flys itself.

Haven't got that A cert yet, just doing the practicing, this big plane makes it so much easier!

The re-engined Seagull Swift had her maiden today and apart from an inability of me to use the steering on the ground, all was really good. She cruises on about 40% throttle and this flight left a 3300mAh battery at 55% remaining.
