never look away for any warbird with a blue belly it can vanish i have done it before and i lost for ten seconds (felt like 1000) just saved it before it hit the ground if i dident save it would have smashed strait into the forest and lost a $300 plane

I built @Mid7night's A-4 and went to maiden it on a slightly snowy day. In five seconds there was no way to tell the white foamboard from the clouds. Let go of the controller and watched the horizon until BOOM, impact! Picked up the pieces and glued it back together.

I know your experience.
