I mostly Bike (bicycle), walk the dog, and Hike now. I camp at Flite Fest with a tent made to pop up in the bed of a pickup truck. A little Kayaking as the weather has not been great for the creek we usually run. I have been heavy into the outdoors as an escape forever. Semi-retired working at a high end Bicycle store.
I used to hunt Morel mushrooms and Poke during spring turkey season in West Virginia, camping in the truck tent and roaming around on a TRX400 4 wheeler. Mushrooms don't run or fly off so they are easier to catch. Same with the poke. I don't remember anyone in our camp ever getting a turkey. LOL! We did shoot a green tree down at 100 yards. Had target on it and the rounds were going clear through into the hill behind it. Dried nicely for the next spring.
And a good fire out back periodically with the family and neighbors.
