Ft Sea Duck Scaled down to a 14.5 inch wingspan. Made out of 15 styrofoam dinner plates and the remains of a Sharper image dx-2 I loved to pieces ($30.00 at walmart)

I have the front two motors currently mounted at a 12 degree forward angle and the rears mounted at 45 degrees to generate thrust as well as lift. I might pitch the rear motors completely forward in the future to make it faster and more agressive. This quad is gyro limited to be super tame and keeps the plane from pitching more than 30 degrees in any direction.

My first attempt at a micro build, the tail rotor was slow to act, I believe the props i had for it off a blade Inductrix were too small and she was too heavy to fly it very well. She crashed and dislocated her wing on the 5th or 6th flight. Made out of 1/8 inch thick cardboard

I know nothing!
You scaled down a plane. You made it out of trash and created a plane/quad??!! What??!! THAT is FliteTest all the way! You are totally doing it, my friend! Absolutely spectacular. Well done. I can not wait for video of your creation in flight. I say that a lot on this forum, but our family here is so darn creative! You completely rock. Please continue to rock and get us some video of your... rockyness! :)

Thank you guys. I had not flown since i had a gentle lady glider my father and I stick built 25 years ago. I hurt my shoulder and stumbled across your YouTube looking for a hobby that doesn’t require me to lift my arm much. I will take a video of her flying whenever it quits snowing
