Tiny trainer increased power

I have a tiny trainer and love the plane, but it is a little under powered to carry a GoPro. I am new to electric aircraft, used to fly a lot of gas planes in the 90's, so I am not sure which motor/battery upgrade I should do to improve the power of the plane.

what is your setup now? I am running a 7x4 prop on my 1806 with a 3s and it will hover. It has a good power. If you are running a 6x3 prop step up to a 6x4 or a 7x4 and see what you think. If that doesn't do it a 2204 motor would be the easiest way to add power.

I upgraded to a 2205C 1400Kv turning a 6x5 powered by an 850mA 3S battery.

With added weight the landing speed will increase and therefore I increased the wing span to keep landing and flying speeds approximately the same. See the photo below::black_eyed:
