Help! Transmitter problems

Whenever I turn On my transmitter (the DX6E) it starts beeping and saying, "low battery, 4.3 volts" even when my battery to the receiver battery is fully charged, could it be the transmitter? I need help if anyone knows what's going on.

Change your transmitter batterys.

Transmitter batteries need recharged if they're lithium or nicad and replaced if they're alkaline. Transmitters need 4.8 volts min.
