TriCopter Build - battery, motor, ESC combination

I did a quick search and couldn't find a good answer. This will be my first multi-rotor and I am looking for some advice on a battery/motor/ESC/prop combination. Here is what I am planning to use for the build:

1. FT Bat Bone Tri 370 Kit
2. FT Camera Tray
3. Needs to carry GoPro2 and FPV equipment

The TriCopter build thread on FliteTest shows a 4S setup, but the Bat Bone kit recommends a 3S set up. What do you guys recommend for my payload and platform?

Ok I will try asking my question a different way. I need some guidance! Will the following set up carry a GoPro2 and FPV gear:

DT750 750kV Motors
TURNIGY Plush 18amp Speed Controllers
3s Turnigy 25-35C 2200mAh LiPo

Does anyone have some experience with this set up and payload?

Use a 3S battery, 2200 to 3300mAh 25C.
