which way does it spin ? have you calibrated the ESC's through the controller ? have you calibrated the ACC ? What controller is it ? What motors are there? if you remove the props and test it inside, to the motors start at the same time ? does everything appear to compensate the correct way when you tilt it around inside without props ?

My question has nothing to do with self-leveling.

With motors spinning, any arm that you push downwards should speed up. That is the most basic point of a flight controller's existence and has to do with stabilization, not leveling.

So, if you force it to roll left, the left arm should speed up. Force it to roll right and the right arm should speed up.

Pitch it forward and the front motors should speed up.

Pitch it backward and the tail motor should speed up.

Are these things happening or not?

Motors not starting evenly doesn't mean anything.

Are your props identical or do you have a mix of left and right props?

Well he hasn't calibrated the ESCs so it means something.

Do a kk2 ESC calibration first. Then do a spin up test inside to see how it behaves without props.
