Hey there I can’t find a full data sheet of the motor so I prefer asking then doing something stupid. Has anyone used a 3S battery on it with a 10x.... prop or will this setup burn something up?

I haven't tried it with this specific motor but if it's anything close to the b pack motor it should be fine. I run a 30A esc on mine which is overkill but 20A works no problem. The esc is really the only thing that could have a chance of burning up in that kv range.

Here are the specs, I would say you should be safe but I would use a 30A or 35A esc minimum with a 10" on 3S. Go for a short flight and then check motor and esc for temp.

Designed to be a direct swap out for Park 450 size motors. This brushless outrunner will provide more power and longer run times with its high efficiency.
A quality motor, built specifically for planes designed to fly with Park 450 size motors.

Spec.
Battery: 2~3 Cell /7.4~11.1V
RPM: 1200kv
Max current: 18A
Watts: 175w
No load current: 11.1V/1.1A
Internal resistance: 0.06 ohm
Weight: 66g
Diameter of shaft: 4mm
Dimensions: 28x37mm

Test Data:
7.4v - 10X4.7 Prop - 12A - 640g Thrust
11.1v - 8x4.3 Prop - 13.2A -800g Thrust

Saw that but it kinda makes me feel like it needs a smaller prop on bigger batteries what do you think?

Most of the specs are way on the safe side. An example I have a Emax 2212 1400kv motor, even stamped on the outside 8" prop on 3S , I run them in my combat planes 35A or 40A esc , 10X5E APC prop and 2200 3S battery. Haven't burnt one yet and I am very seldom under 50% throttle . The motors come in a little warm but they keep on ticking ;) . Do like I said, take it up for a spin, couple little bursts of wot and bring it in and check the temp.

Will do :).
