Turnigy Servo Tester Alternative power

I found an older 5VDC Wall Wart to power up the servo tester. I'd rather have a plug in to AC on my work bench than fumble around with batteries. Works great.

Good idea !

I did something similar, took an extra usb cord (standard to mini), cut the mini off and stuck a servo connector on it.
I can use a usb wall cube or computer usb outlet.

I've been concerned about how many amps they would draw. USB output is 5v @ .05 amps so two servos would max it out. :)

Thanks for the idea! I have one of these shoved in my hobby drawer. Got it, saw it needed a power source and put it away. Don't know why I didn't think to do something like this. I swear sometimes I just miss the obvious.
