Help! Twin Sparrow H Pack

I soldered all the leads from the H pack just as Josh shows in the build video. I set up my Taranis x7 without differential thrust. I have all working well except the thrust. One motor does not turn until the throttle is half way up. Any ideas?

Did you calibrate the escs? Turn throttle all the way up, plug battery in, when escs both beep, turn throttle off. Then they should both spin up the same
