Thanks, I thought that was the case. I'm starting with the Alpha and my fingers are hurting from cutting out all the holes in my template. A lot of holes and then some more holes. lol

and then more holes. I went through several blades on the two builds.

One modification I made was to lengthen the bottom of the wing tip so the bottom of the air foil goes all the way to the wing tip.
I have never been really fond of the "bottomless" wing tip areas on alot of the FT designs. Just a personal and aesthetics issue to me.

This is my progress. All parts prepared. Ruder and stabilizer only testfited.
The brown foam is self made and the white foam is a try. Really cheab Think glossy paper. 4 pieces with 50cmx65 cm weight 380 gramm.

Building the nose was a challenge with this foam. He paper is extremly strong and can not be pealed completly. This will be really durable.

I didn't work on mine yesterday but I did stare at it for a while, kept saying to myself "that looks like a boat?". I think I may try to build a boat from the core of this design in the future.

Next steps. Fuselage is finished. Testfit of the wings. This plane is a beauty.
I expand the bottom of the wings to the end and will close the wingtips to put sidewinders on it .

I did the same with the wing tip and glued the wing to the fuse

I will use thin posterboard. 160g/sqm for the missile and thicker posterboard for the fins

Hi,
I find thought the method to fix the pushrods as Josh did a little bit unfortunately, because the pushrod has to been bended a lot. I do it with a spacer.
