I said that about the 56% one. but since this one was almost FS I don't get why it did not fly.No, that it wouldn't fly 😂 (I got it out today!😁)

Yup! In fact all that got damaged is the horizontal stabilizer so it will fly again! (This time with motors though...)

So, I've been flying my A-10 VTOL, and the AUW is around 2.7 kg (5.95 pounds). I'm using three EMAX Eco II 2807 1700KV motors with 7-inch triblade props, but the model is quite heavy, and these motors are drawing too much current from the LiPo battery (a 4S Tattu 120C battery). Because of this, I’m considering building a new VTOL. I was thinking about using Ben Harber's F-16 design, but I’m open to suggestions for a better platform. The new plane needs to be buildable with just four sheets of foamboard. Any ideas?

Sounds cool! Yeah, you may want some higher torque slower rpm motors that can spin bigger bi blade props...

I know I'm late here, and don't know if you built this or done with this project, but here's my idea you could use. For the wings, do a simple KF2 design. Simple, anyone can do, and should fly even more stable at low speeds.
