Sorry for the confusion. I'm working with Robert and Flite Test to improve the process for uploading the plans to the new resources area of the forums. Hopefully this process will go smoothly for future releases. The plans will become available when the build video is released as usual. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we try to improve the way the free plans are shared.
Nice looking plans with just a slight extending of the standard FT techniques.

You do realise that I might need to open a charge account with my local FB supplier:rolleyes:.

Now I have to build one! Not immediately though as work comes first!

have fun!

Plans printed and cut. Now to transfer this to some foam! Might just have to put the MM eva bipe on a temporary hiatus. I'm am struggling to match paint colors and this looks to be an easy quick build to refocus my mind.

How dare you!
What?!! It's all @SP0NZ 's fault!!

Yesterday I was looking at fixing the Tiny trainer to use my combat powerpod (out of plywood) for my buds to bang up and fly combat this weekend (they don't build... some would say they don't fly either...) :sneaky: And then this pops up... (it was as if the heavens opened up and my prayers were answered!!)

I have to say, with the quality of the recent plans it's a LOT easier to pull them into CAD then send off to the laser now. I used to have to redraw half of it (if the "curve" was made up of a hundred little line segments the laser would melt right through the foamboard, sometimes setting it alight.) So an hour of layout work and I was cutting foam (yea, I know... You all hate me now.) ;)

Might see a maiden tonight (you'll really be hating then.)

Lol!!!!!! Mine is going to be a hodgepodge of electronics. You are a speed builder, and I build in slo-motion. Lol

Nice! Looks like it flies pretty well! Got a flight report? And do you think it'll fly well on the 2205 motor? I've got several of those laying around, but none of the 2306 size.

Looks like this takes a small/fast motor. Pretend I am not smart about motors and tell me if an F pack motor with a 3S battery would work.

F pack on 3s is what they use in the FT video. F pack 30a esc and 4s is better ;)

I like 3D printers...

Thats localfiends video, im sure he will pop in sometime and comment on it.

I'm really liking the motor. This new quad racer tech is great. It's the same one I've been running in my 3D printed plane, and I had to stick one onto the Goblin. Goes fast when you want it to, and slow when you want it to. An F pack on the Goblin also flies quite nicely, it just doesn't have the same punch.

Flights like the one below on a 2650 4 cell can go on for 12 minutes or so before thinking about landing. With how well the Goblin slows down, and it's lower wing loading, I'd imagine you could get similar flight times with just a 2200 of either 4s or 3s flavor. I'll do some longevity testing tonight with a 2200, after I repair it. Went a little nuts flying in my backyard last night and it has some battle damage
