wood paint stick used

It is two sticks, 11" x 5/8" wide and 1/8" thick paint stick that is cut for wheel support and the other fit between the landing gear supports.

Here's my attempt! Used blue foam for the top hatch and canopy. Needs more shaping, although I quite like the speed racer look. Currenyl has a 2826 1350kv motor and a 8x4e prop pulling 252w on a 2800 3s. Will maiden this week.

How did it fly? I have one of those motors lying around (although mine is 1400kv instead of 1350) and I wonder if it will deliver enough power :)
The alternatives I have are and NTM 35-30 1400kv and an NTM 28-30 900kv. Since I'm planning to fly it on 3S I think 900kv won't be enough for decent speed. The 35-30 1400kv will have enough power, but it might be too heavy/powerful?

Anyone know where FT gets those hefty paint stirring sticks?

This was my first hand cut white dtfb build, think it was 6 weeks ago.... maybe 8... So many planes, time escapes me. I really like the way it flies! I am getting 10min lazy flights with a C pack and 2200mAh 3S. Getting 4-5mins while hot dogging.

I had a rough start with a very wrong CG, then a solder joint break. Since then it is going strong! Tough airframe!

It's a winner!
