I think I read on one of your posts that this issue is causing a bit of yaw. To me that says that at least one motor is slowing down unexpectedly.

Is it possible your ESCs are on different firmwares or timing settings?

When this glitch happens, is the yaw always in the same direction?

Thanks for the help so far...

When the glitches influence the yaw it is pretty random and doesn't go in a specific direction.

Also the esc is a 4in1 board so I can't imagine that it is flashed on different firmware versions.

I suspect you have a desynch (timing issue). It would be an odd one and, as per Snarls, it's not my first thought. It is because I read one of your posts stating that this glitching causes yaw that I lean toward a desynch.

The next likely steps are to get into the ESC firmware and check timing settings or flash all 4 to the latest (blHeli??). As with just about all Chinese electronics, you need to pay attention to the firmware on new devices right out of the box. Make no assumptions. :)

Thanks, I have put the esc aside from the quad to look into but for the moment I am just using another 4in1 board to confirm that the esc is the issue. Thanks for your help
