Vantac MPM multi-protocol module in Taranis X9 Lite

I recently upgraded my OpenTX in the Taranis X9 Lite to 2.3.14 and figured (since the radio was suggesting it) I'd upgrade my MPM from version 1.3.1.59 to something newer (had been trying v1.3.3.?? but also tried v1.3.1.69). Once I upgrade, I can't bind to anything and it just says "No Telemetry". I've tried a video online where they take the MPM apart and connect an external FTDI USB to serial interface. I was able to update the firmware and verify the version loaded, but it still won't recognize in OpenTX or bind to anything.

Does anyone have any further suggestions or thoughts? Thanks in advance!
