Great looking plane.
The Versa is one of my favorite planes.
Thank you so much I only made a little changes on the plans , I used mp 3m wood for spar and used vinyl tapes and ca adhesive with hot glue and the middle section width is around 55cm I think
Just the thing is I am not a pilot and never did fly any kind of planes but I love making things :)

I have several Versa`s too, 2 night flyers, 1 FPV and 1 just for bashing. Yours is looking good do not forget to program in some reflex into the elevons. One of the changes I have done to most of mine is move the motor farther into the wing as the Versa needs a bunch of nose weight to balance at the CG.

Thank you so much , I just make them I am not a pilot I don’t fly them so electronics would be on my pilot , also about the nose weight agree with you , and me and my pilot probably gonna end up using some lead in the nose to balance it out

@fathirad.amir - your Versa looks great - it seems to be double the width through the centre flat nose?

I too have a versa ready for a maiden - I did try to slope it, but it was too light for the wind on the day - I have put the prop back on it and will try it again soon!Phil

You are the first one noticed that , yes the middle part is wider than normal versa , based on what I saw , when you make a pushing versa it is better to use two batteries rather than one , because I needed around 300 and something gr at the nose to balance it out and if you for example using a 3 cell motor , it weights around that 300 and something gr too , so my pilot used two batteries in parallel to give it more flight time and also balancing it , again thanks for your kind words

Just I meant the 3 cell battery with around 2000 mamph weights around 300 and something gr , don’t know the exact weight , but it is better to use another battery rather than just a dead weight which doesn’t do anything except making the cg right

I had to do the same on my first Spear, used a dead 2200 to balance it out, only because I don't have a parallel connector for two batteries yet. Not that it mattered in my second maiden though. Only lasted a few minutes lol.

@Merv - it is the opposite here - all hills and wind so sloping should work for me - getting time on the slope is the biggest problem at the moment, and our spring has been particularly awful this year!

I think you will be happy with how the Versa slopes.
We had a terrible spring as well. Way too much rain which delayed planting, now we are dealing with a late harvest.

Glad to hear you are back online. I'm not sure the US is a "normal country". At the moment, we seam to be tearing ourselves apart. I hope this is not the new normal and that we don't have another Civil War.

I pray that we don't lose our freedoms and that you can gain yours.
